Just now awaiting Baccus to update their range of Guard Cavalry and Guard artillery and I can finish the French army for Waterloo. In the meantime made a start on the Prussian army which must be completed next year prior to refighting the battle on the 200th anniversary in 2015.
Hopefully will find time to complete the 10mm AWI for the Battle of Lexington and Concord next year. And also find time to fight the battle of Solum now that all the figs are painted and ready.

Rebasing Ancients complete
A delay on the 6mm Naps as I finished rebasing the Carthaginians and Republican Romans on DBX bases ready for Hail Caesar. Finished that is apart from Numidian infantry which I will complete in due course.
Also a diversion started this month with a start on 6mm Early Imperial Roman and Ancient British to be based loosely on DBX sized bases for Hail Caesar. Project will be to complete both armies for the Ancient British scenario in the rule book. Applying shield transfers to the Romans is fiddly but does look good.

Aim for 2012
Napoleonic 6mm
First up will be to press on with painting the allied army for Waterloo while awaiting Baccus produce the updated French. If the French are not done during 2012 the aim will be to complete the allied army by the year end with the French completed during 2013.
The terrain for Quatre Bras needs completing which should just be the building bases and the roads for the built up areas. There may be a few extra road sections and wooded areas to complete which I will determine when the board is set up, probably in the next month or two. Hope to fight Quatre Bras during March.
AWI - 20mm
About time I resumed some 20mm plastics and as a break from 6mm may paint up a couple of units of British.
Sudan - 15mm
At some point may resume the Sudan campaign with extra figs painted.
Pirates - 15mm
Must have a game this year which may require the ship to be finished off.
Other
Other possible painting projects includes the continuation of Op Nostalgia campaign in 15mm with ships painted. 1/2400 ships for the Napoleonic period is another possibility.
